Kanisha Jenkins
Kanisha Jenkins is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She has always held a profound passion for sports and assisting athletes in reaching their peak potential.
She initiated her journey in the field of athletic training by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina, Columbia. This served as the foundation for her career. She then advanced her expertise by earning a Master's degree in Athletic Training from the University of South Florida.
Committed to the welfare of student-athletes, Kanisha considers it an honor and privilege to work with Ridge View High School's exceptional athletes. Her primary focus is on their mental health, injury recovery, and optimizing their athletic performance.
Beyond the field and training room, Kanisha actively participates in community outreach programs and keeps herself updated on the latest developments in sports medicine. Her overarching goal is to ensure that Ridge View's athletes receive the highest level of care and support in both their athletic pursuits and personal growth.
