Coach Joshua Staley has 20 plus years as a head coach along with coaching experience.

Coach Staley has multiple state championships in basketball, including guiding Ridge View Boys Basketball to the 2024 AAAA State Championship, along with appearing in multiple state championships over the years.  That 2024 State Championship was the Blazer's 5th State Championship since 2018.

He has a lovely wife and 4 children.
