Middle School Student Information

Middle School students zoned for Ridge View or those using employee or sibling choice can participate in sports at Ridge View High School.  Middle School students must submit this form to their Middle School AD prior to beginning workouts at Ridge View High School.  

Homeschool or Charter School Student Information
