Coach O'Brien brings 15 years of wrestling experience, having competed in a highly competitive division in West Michigan and continuing at the NCAA Division III level at Alma College. He also wrestled at Grand Canyon University under Michael Hatcher and has trained with various professional MMA fighters. Additionally, Coach O'Brien served for 5 years in the United States Army National Guard.
