Coach Proctor guided the Ridge View Boys Track and Field team to a 2024 State Championship and was also named Coach of the Year in 2024. With 16 years of coaching experience, he has been with Ridge View for 4 years. He graduated from Richland Northeast High School and went on to run track at Coastal Carolina University.
