Coach Proctor guided the Ridge View Boys Track and Field team to a 2024 State Championship and was also named Coach of the Year in 2024.  

Under his guidance, the Ridge View Boys Track and Field team went back-to-back winning the 2025 AAAAA D1 State Track and Field Championship and finished their historic season by being ranked one of the top 32 teams in the country by the prestigious publication dyestat.com

With over 18 years of coaching experience, he has been with Ridge View since 2021. He graduated from Richland Northeast High School and went on to run track at Coastal Carolina University.  Coach Proctor was also named the Region V-AAAAA Coach of the Year in 2025.

Since 2021, Coach Proctor has helped 22 student-athletes sign scholarships to run Track and Field/XC at the #NextLevel.
