She earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her Master's degree in Athletic Training from the University of South Carolina. During her clinical training, she gained extensive hands-on experience working with UofSC Cheer, UofSC Football, and local high schools throughout Columbia, South Carolina, including Ridge View High School.
