Before being able to tryout, you must:
- Have a Physical dated after April 1, 2025 approved in PlanetHS. Visit RidgeViewSports.com for more information
- Complete Tryout Packet Form
- 3 Teacher/Staff Recommendations
- Emergency Contact Form
- Attire Sizing Form
- And have all past fees cleared and paid
