We encourage any students in the 7th-11th grades that are interested in trying out for the Ridge View High School Cheer program to join us for pre season conditioning. We will work on the proper technique for stunting, tumbling, and jumps as well as working on making sure that our bodies in shape for the upcoming season.
Any student wishing to participate in the open practices must have an approved physical and the other required documentation uploaded in Planet HS. Current Ridge View High School athletes do not need a new physical at this time to participate. Please feel free to use the information below to reach out to a coach if you have any questions .
