Ridge View Athletics Announce New Assistant AD
Ridge View High School announces the hiring of Coach Monique Lee as the newest Assistant Athletic Director! Coach Mo joins the Athletic Leadership Team of Brian Rosefield - AD, Coach Derek Howard - Asst AD & Coach Joshua Staley - Asst AD.

"Coach Mo has been extremely helpful for our entire Athletic Department the past few years, and I couldn't be more excited to have her join us as Assistant Athletic Director. She is a star!" said Brian Rosefield, Ridge View Athletic Director.
Monique Lee, affectionately known as Coach Mo, is the Head Coach of the Girls Varsity Volleyball team at Ridge View High School, a role she has excelled in since 2022. She first joined Ridge View in 2021 as the Head JV Coach, showcasing her deep commitment to the sport. Before her time at Ridge View, Coach Mo was the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at South Carolina State University, her alma mater, where she led the team from 2016 to 2020. Her coaching career also includes serving as the JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Columbia High School from 2013 to 2016.

Coach Mo's extensive experience extends beyond high school coaching. She has been a key member of various club volleyball programs and training around Columbia, including SC Midlands, Anatomy VBC, and LCVBC.

As a collegiate player, Coach Mo shone at South Carolina State University, where she captained the team for three seasons. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Sport Communications (2008) and earned her Master’s in Sports Business in 2022 from Temple University. Her leadership, combined with her strategic expertise and passion for the sport, continues to inspire and develop young athletes in her programs.
